This was just an excellent fit for a walk in the evening in Richland with good value for cost. The smoke detector was broken, which is concerning for safety. Check the safety features when you arrive.

The most valuable thing was that my King Room was spacious and very clean. Super friendly staff helped me out when the TV didn’t work. But the bed wasn't as comfy as I'd hoped 😕.

The room was clean and offered a comfortable bed, which made unwinding after a long day quite enjoyable. I appreciated the fact that the pool area was open, even though it could use some cleaning. I spent my time exploring nearby attractions, like the Mississippi Museum of Art, which was just a short drive away, enhancing my stay. Overall, it was a decent place for a night, although I did notice some noise issues at times.

The pool cleanliness is a major letdown!!! Noise from thin walls is unbearable, disturbing any chance of peaceful sleep!!! Stained and incomplete bathroom maintenance leaves much to be desired!!!

I love this place! The King Room was spacious and super clean. The customer service was awesome! Housekeeping was thorough and didn’t rush me out on checkout day. A fantastic stay! 😊

The breakfast options were delightful, especially the pancakes with fresh fruit. Staff even improvised with Sunny D when they ran out of juice, showing great service! The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed provided comfort during our 3-night stay, allowing us to relax and unwind after busy days.

The staff here is truly amazing! The room was impeccably clean and the location felt very secure, allowing for a peaceful night of rest.

The location provided easy access to my destination, making it a convenient choice. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, several issues marred the experience, such as the persistent noise from upstairs guests, which made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I found remnants of someone's stay, which was quite off-putting. On a positive note, the breakfast options, particularly the pancakes with fresh fruit, were enjoyable and a highlight of my stay.

The hotel's location offers excellent access to main interstates, making travel easy and convenient. The room was clean, and the comfortable beds made for great rest after our days out exploring. Staff was accommodating, quickly providing extra towels when asked, which was a plus for our family.

There was significant traffic noise from the nearby interstate and barking dogs from other guests that disrupted our nights.
